The Owlet’s Smart Sock 3 baby monitor is the third generation Smart Sock that is smarter than ever.
The Smart Sock is the most advanced way to keep an eye on your baby as they sleep. The small electronic sensor, attached to your baby’s foot via a ‘sock’ uses pulse oximetry to measure your baby’s pulse and oxygen levels, the most important parameters. If the readings fall outside of the preset norm for babies from 0-18 months, an alarm will alert you via the base station . You can also download the Owlet app and get notifications and readings on your phones.
The baby monitor’s sock electronic connects to the base station via Bluetooth, however you will need WiFi to operate the app.

The Smart Sock 3, released in October 2020, is now the third generation Smart Sock and is smarter than ever. It can be paired with the Owlet Cam or used as a standalone product.
The small pulse oximeter is inserted into a special sock that goes on the baby’s foot. The reader sends a signal to the base station via Bluetooth and you will be notified if you need to attend to your child. You can also download the app and get all notifications on your phone provided you have Wifi available.
The Smart Sock is suitable from newborn to 18 months (or 13kg). After that the set parameters for the readings no longer suit the child’s age.

Helped with my anxiety following a health scare with my baby. Nice to have the base station by my bed so if I wake, I can just check that instead of going to baby’s room and risking waking her up!
Excellent product
We bought the owlet smart sock after our 8 week old baby was diagnosed with RSV and pneumonia. Having the ability to be notified via an alarm on the base and on your phone if her oxygen saturation was low or her heart rate was the only reason we got any sleep. Cannot praise the owlet sock enough for the peace of mind we received from using this high quality product.
