Classic comfort food made in your Beaba Babycook ! Super easy to whip up on a chilly afternoon or evening and is guaranteed to warm the heart!
INGREDIENTS:
Approx. 2 1/2 cups tomatoes chopped, plus extra for decoration
1/4 cup fennel
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons sherry vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put the tomatoes (not tomato paste), fennel, garlic, and basil in the steamer basket
- Pour water into the tank (level 2)
- Press the button to start the cooking process
- When the tomatoes, garlic, and basil are cooked, put them in the blending bowl with the rest of the ingredients
- Blend to bring the puree to the desired consistency
